The guide posts need constant care in our damp western climate so painting these with our eye-catching turquoise paint is a frequent occupation.

Eventually even a repaint can't save a post so it needs to be completely replaced. 

Foot bridges are vital for access over the many burns and alts along the way.  Replacing them is a team job!
